Biographical summary
Ray Stetson, M.D., is a pediatrician and neonatologist. Dr. Stetson's clinical focus includes:
- Care of newborn infants with prematurity as early as 22 weeks' gestation
- Care of newborn infants with congenital anomalies, metabolic, and genetic conditions
- Care of newborn infants with acquired conditions including hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy
- Quality improvement in the care of hospitalized newborns
- Development and implementation of systems-based practices
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Stetson has ongoing research related to vaccination of premature infants, care of infants with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, and education of medical trainees.
