James C. Presley, M.D., is a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician with specialty training in Sports Medicine. Dr. Presley focuses on educating patients suffering from musculoskeletal conditions about available treatment options which enable patients to continue participating is sports and other activities.

Dr. Presley's clinical interests include:

  • The diagnosis and treatment of sports injuries including muscle, tendon, and ligament injuries, as well as arthritis
  • Regenerative medicine treatments for musculoskeletal conditions, including Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC), and Stem Cells
  • Non-surgical treatments of chronic tendon injuries with advanced ultrasound guided procedures

In addition to his clinical activities, Dr. Presley is active in the education of residents and fellows and furthering research in musculoskeletal medicine. Dr. Presley has a recreational interest in distance running and remains active in the local running community. He has a background as a competitive distance runner with a personal record in the marathon of 2:32.
