Damon Parking Ramp closure and patient parking transitions

The Damon Parking Ramp will permanently close for demolition in late July. Clearing this site will make way for construction of the Bernard E. and Edith B. Waterman Building, one of two planned clinical buildings as part of Bold. Forward. Unbound. in Rochester.

Following the closure of the Damon Parking Ramp, patients with their first appointment on the Rochester Methodist Campus are encouraged to park in the Graham Parking Ramp (B), while those with their first appointment in the Gonda Building, Mayo Building, Hilton Building or Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center are encouraged to park in the first five levels of the West Parking Ramp (C).

Important: The West Parking Ramp will not be available for patient parking until late July. Patients should plan to continue parking in the Damon Parking Ramp until its July closure.
