   The purpose of this study is to track the chronological history in autonomic recovery over the first 12 months following acute SCI.

   The purpose of this study is to assess the accuracy of range of motion (ROM) measurements of the wrist and hand taken in person versus ROM taken during a telemedicine video interview.

4. A Study to Analyze Patients' Driving Experiences Following Total Joint Arthroplasty

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to determine when patients have returned to driving a car following total joint arthroplasty and whether or not they were involved in a car accident after their return to driving.

5. Spatial Profiling of the Zone II (Intrasynovial) Flexor Tendon Fibrotic Niche

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to compare avian tendon healing spatial biology findings to human intrasynovial tendon tissue spatial gene expression. By correlating findings from our avian tendon repair model to human spatial gene expression findings, a comprehensive spatial molecular atlas or map of the zone II/intrasynovial tendon fibrotic niche could be synthesized. Additionally, by validating the biochemical findings in our avian model, we could further establish this preclinical model as a clinically relevant platform for investigating novel therapeutics to enhance intrinsic healing and mitigate peritendinous adhesions formation following zone II tendon injury.

6. A Study to Establish a Pediatric Spine Registry

   Rochester, Minn., Minneapolis, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to collect data about patients with chest wall and spinal deformities to develop a multicenter registry.  This will speed the pace of medical advancement and treatment recommendations for these conditions. 

7. To Assess The Effectiveness, Safety, And Tolerability Of INCB000928 In Participants With Fibrodysplasia Ossificans Progressiva

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness, safety, tolerability, and PK of INCB000928 over a 24-week treatment period followed by a 52-week, open-label extension period.

8. A Study To Develop A Biorepository Of Blood Samples From Cancer Patients Participating In The Gemini (IRB 19-006717) Protocol

   Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to develop a biorepository of blood samples  from cancer patients participating in the Gemini (IRB 19-006717) protocol. These samples will be used for future biomarker discovery and other translational studies. 

9. Mayo Clinic Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Rehabilitation Research Registry

   Rochester, Minn.

   This will be a prospective registry conducted and maintained at Mayo Clinic Rochester from which collaborating sites within Mayo, Mayo Health Systems, and other spinal cord injury centers can draw from in order to fulfill research enrollment. The information collected for this registry will be used for recruitment purposes only, and will not be used as research data. Participants who are recruited to participate in other research studies will need to complete a separate consenting/enrollment process specific to that study.

    

10. Scoliosis Shared Decision Making

    Rochester, Minn.

    Analysis of video encounters between providers, patients, and families will be used to develop a shared decision making tool for patients deciding between surgery and observation for scoliosis treatment.
