   The purpose of this data registry involves the collection of standard of care clinical treatment regimens, diagnostic information and surgical outcomes which may include human specimens and associated genomewide expression data.

   The purpose of this study is to develop and maintain a registry of clinical data and biological specimens from patients with immune system related blood disorders, for use in future studies of disease source, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.

3. Group Curriculum for Improving Survivorship Outcomes in Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Survivors

   The purpose of this study is to develop the curriculum and assess its feasibility and impact on equipping young adults to better manage these aspects of survivorship: follow up medical care, work/school life, relationships and coping with the emotional impact of cancer survivorship. 

    

    

4. The Pediatric Acute Leukemia (PedAL) Screening Trial - A Study to Test Bone Marrow and Blood in Children With Leukemia That Has Come Back After Treatment or Is Difficult to Treat - A Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Children's Oncology Group Study

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to use clinical and biological characteristics of acute leukemias to screen for patient eligibility for available pediatric leukemia sub-trials.  

5. Evaluating Markers which Might be a Predictor of Pancreatic Cancer or Precancer by Analyzing the Secretions (fluid) from a Pancreatic cyst

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate molecular markers which might be a predictor of pancreatic cancer or precancer by analyzing the secretions (fluid) from a pancreatic cyst, pancreas fluid and tissue from a resected pancreatic cyst.

6. PRGN-3006 Adoptive Cellular Therapy for CD33-Positive Relapsed or Refractory AML, MRD Positive AML or Higher Risk MDS

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and best dose of PRGN-3006 T Cells to treat relapsed/refractory Acute Myeloid Leukemia and High Risk Myelodysplastic Syndrome.

7. A Study of DNA/RNA Sequencing Results on the Clinical Management of Patients with Advanced Malignancies

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to assess practice patterns and changes in treatment recommendations based on the results obtained from a clinically available, comprehensive next generation DNA/RNA sequencing assay. A database of paired clinical and sequencing data will also be established for future research.

8. A Study to Evaluate Yttrium-90 Therapy for Radiation Lobectomy

   Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The Patient Group 1 primary objective is to measure the distribution of 90Y glass microspheres throughout the tumor and non-tumor hepatic parenchyma, as assessed by same day postradioembolization study-specific non-FDG PET/CT scan. Correlate this measurement with mean lobar absorbed radiation dose and embolic load given to patients and time taken to achieve adequate Future Liver Remnant (> 40% of total liver volume) to determine if there is an optimal lobar dose and embolic load.

   The Patient Group 2 primary objectives are to assess the association of circulating and imaging biomarkers on Future Liver Remnant hypertrophy, and to assess progression-free survival between patients with HCC who underwent resection following Y-90 radioembolization with optimal dose and those who presented with an adequate Future Liver Remnant for resection (i.e., who were not treated pre-surgically).

9. Study of Breast Cancer Risk Assessment in Female Patients with Benign Breast Disease

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to to bring molecular risk prediction for breast cancer into the clinical arena through: the establishment of a large tissue repository from a retrospective cohort of women with benign breast disease with complete and long-term clinical follow-up to identify those who developed breast cancer (cases) and those who did not (controls); the application of potential biomarkers of risk to this archival tissue set; and, the discovery of new, potentially relevant biomarkers of risk in fresh and frozen specimens of benign breast disease. 

10. A Study to Develop a Biorepository of Blood Samples from Cancer Patients Participating in the Gemini (IRB 19-006717) Protocol

    The purpose of this study is to develop a biorepository of blood samples  from cancer patients participating in the Gemini (IRB 19-006717) protocol. These samples will be used for future biomarker discovery and other translational studies.
