Testicular Tissue Cryopreservation In Children Rochester, Minn. This protocol is being designed to offer testicular tissue cryopreservation to male pediatric patients (0-17 years of age) with fertility threatening medical diagnoses or facing surgery, chemotherapy or radiation therapy that may cause loss of reproductive potential. Long-Term Follow-up Protocol For Participants Treated With Gene-Modified T Cells Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. This is a prospective study for the long-term follow-up (LTFU) of safety and efficacy for all pediatric and adult participants exposed to Gene-modified (GM) T-cell therapy participating in a previous Celgene sponsored or Celgene alliance partner sponsored study.Participants who received at least one infusion of GM T cells will be asked to enroll in this LTFU protocol upon either premature discontinuation from, or completion of the prior parent treatment protocol. A Study To Evaluate The Safety And Effectiveness Of Idecabtagene Vicleucel To Treat Multiple Myeloma Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of nonconforming idecabtagene vicleucel (ide-cel) in subjects with multiple myeloma per the approved prescribing information. Actinium Therapy For Late-stage Aggressive Sarcomas Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety of drug \[Ac225\]RTX-2358 and the diagnostic imaging agent \[Cu64\]LNTH-1363S. Additionally Ratio Therapeutics will learn if \[Ac225\]RTX-2358 drug is effective in treating advanced sarcoma. The main questions the study aims to answer in Phase/Part 1 of the trial are:* Is \[Ac225\]RTX-2358 tolerable or does it cause toxicities (medical problems) in patients.* What is the most tolerable dose of \[Ac225\]RTX-2358* Does the treatment show effectiveness on advanced sarcomaParticipants will:* Take drug \[Ac225\]RTX-2358 once every 8 weeks (4 cycle target; 6 cycle maximum) over a period of 12 months* Visit the clinic three times for the first week of cycle one, then once a week for the remaining 7 weeks of cycle 1 for check-ups and tests.* For cycles 2-6: patient will visit the clinic once every 2 weeks for checkups and tests* Remain in long term follow-up for a period of four additional years Low Dose Aspirin For The Prevention Of Postpartum Related Breast Cancer Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to test whether a short course of aspirin can change the markers of inflammation in patients who have a benign finding within five years of their last pregnancy, and possibly reduce their risk of future breast cancer. Tumor Treating Fields For The Treatment Of Leptomeningeal Metastases Of The Spine In Patients With Breast Or Lung Cancer Jacksonville, Fla. This clinical trial evaluates the safety and feasibility of tumor treating fields (TTF) in the treatment of spinal leptomeningeal disease in patients with breast or lung cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). Patients wear the portable Novo TTF-200T device that produces electric fields to target areas on the body to stop the growth of tumor cells. The information from this study will help researchers develop a better treatment for leptomeningeal metastases in the future. 3D Ultrasound Imaging For Breast Cancer Diagnosis Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveess of a new 3D ultrasound imaging technology combining B-mode, microvessel imaging, shear wave elastography, and machine learning for breast lesion diagnosis. A Study for Cerebral Open Flow Microperfusion Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and feasibility of intra-operative microperfusion during a planned neurosurgical resection of diseased brain parenchyma, including either an epileptic focus requiring temporal lobectomy or a glioma. Devices used for microperfusion are Joanneum Research’s cerebral open flow microperfusion (OFM) catheters, push and pull tubing, and MPP102-II pump. A Study Of Clonal Hematopoiesis (CH) And Hematological Toxicity After Cancer Treatment Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn. The overall objective of this project is to combine robust clinical data (e.g. prior chemotherapy or radiation exposure, cumulative radiotheranostic dose) with geneticclonal abnormalities (blood-based CHIP panel) in studying the predisposing risk factors for developing hematological toxicity including t-MN in radiotheranostic treated solid tumor patients. Upifitamab Rilsodotin Maintenance in Platinum-Sensitive Recurrent Ovarian Cancer (UP-NEXT) Jacksonville, Fla. UP-NEXT is a double-blind, randomized, placebo controlled study of the antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) XMT-1536 (upifitamab rilsodotin) administered as an intravenous infusion for patients once every four weeks. Patients with recurrent, platinum-sensitive high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) including fallopian tube and primary peritoneal cancer expressing high levels of NaPi2b. Cancer clinical-trials
