1. Abatacept for the Treatment of Common Variable Immunodeficiency With Interstitial Lung Disease

   The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of abatacept compared to placebo for treatment of subjects with GLILD in the context of CVID.

   There is no standard of care therapy for patients with granulomatous-lymphocytic interstitial lung disease (GLILD) seen in common variable immunodeficiency (CVID). Abatacept has recently looked promising for the treatment of patients with complex CVID.

2. In-home Versus In-Clinic Subcutaneous Nivolumab Administration through Connected and Remote Cancer CARE Beyond Walls

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of the location of SQ Nivo administration, at the infusion center or in the home, on patient preference and acceptability, safety, patient reported outcomes (PROs), and clinical outcomes.

3. A Study to Evaluate Pulmonary Vascular Complications of Liver Disease 3 (PVCLD3)

   The purpose of this study is toexamine whether increased sphingosine 1 phosphate : ceramide ratio and circulating bile acids are associated with HPS in patients with advanced liver disease.

4. A Study to Evaluate the Effectiveness and Safety of Remdesivir to Treat Coronavirus Disease 2019 in an Outpatient Setting

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effietiveness of remdesivir (RDV) in reducing the rate of of all-cause medically attended visits (MAVs; medical visits attended in person by the participant and a health care professional) or death in non-hospitalized participants with early stage coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and to evaluate the safety of RDV administered in an outpatient setting.
