A Study to Evaluate the Use of Micropulse Trans-Scleral Cyclophotocoagulation Laser (MP-TSCPC) for Glaucoma Patients Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical outcomes of the Micropulse Trans-Scleral Cyclophotocoagulation Laser (MPTSCPC) after 1 day, 1 week,1 month, 3 months, 6 months and one year of follow-up. Its primary objective is to conduct a prospective observational study on the efficacy of using MP-TSCPC to treat glaucoma patients. Artisan Aphakia Lens for the Correction of Aphakia in Children Rochester, Minn. To determine the effectiveness of the ARTISAN Aphakia lens in the treatment of aphakia and to precisely define the associated risks and, if possible, identify particular groups of patients who may be at high risk of developing complications resulting from the surgical procedure of implanting an ARTISAN Aphakia lens. Early Detection of Glaucomatous Optic Neuropathy Rochester, Minn. The goal of this study is to determine if visual field assessment of the far periphery (60-4) and/or central visual field (10-2) enables earlier detection of glaucomatous optic neuropathy. A Natural History Observation and Registry Study of Macular Telangiectasia Type 2: The MacTel Study Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to develop a Registry of participants with MacTel Type 2 (as confirmed by the Reading Center) who may agree to be contacted for inclusion in future clinical trials. The Registry participants include new participants and participants from the NHO, Genetic I and Genetics II studies who agree to continue to participate. The second objective is to continue to identify whether there is a genetic link associated with MacTel Type 2. All participants who have not previously provided a blood sample will be given the option to provide a blood sample for genetic sequencing. A Study Using Ultrasound Surface Wave Elastography to Measure Tissue Thickness and Elasticity in Eyes with Glaucoma Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to use Ultrasound surface wave elastography to measure and compare the tissue thickness and elasticity in normal eyes and eyes with glaucoma. The goal is to understand the association between tissue characteristics and glaucoma. Evaluating Raised Intracranial Pressure Using MR Elastography Rochester, Minn. Investigators will compare magnetic resonance (MR) elastography and/or ultrasound elastography measurements to other forms of noninvasive methods of detecting raised intracranial pressure, including optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging measurements of the retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) and indirect signs of raised intracranial pressure on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). A Study to Establish a Retinoblastoma Patient Clinical Database and Tissue Repository Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to systematically and prospectively record accurate and complete data regarding the clinical presentation, treatment, and outcomes of patients diagnosed with RB; collect, bank, preserve, and analyze biomaterials from patients with RB, and to correlate phenotypic data with findings from human biomaterials.
