The Mayo Clinic International Visiting Administrator Program is a three- to 12-month administrative and leadership development program for mid- to senior-level high-potential health care executives. Participants learn through observation, networking, shadowing, classes and hands-on experience while rotating through a number of administrative and clinical groups at Mayo Clinic. The International Leadership Development Program shares best practices in leadership. The three-day program prepares emerging leaders for a competitive health care environment. Mayo Clinic Multinational Nurse Consulting Program
The Department of Nursing welcomes visits by nurses from around the world. Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, offers one- and two-week programs as well as two-day consultations. This program is observational in design and provides the nurse visitor with opportunities to discuss professional nursing issues, meet with nursing leaders and subject-matter experts, as well as observe patient care areas.
