乳房钙化指乳房组织内钙盐积聚，在乳腺 X 线摄影中常见。它们在乳腺 X 线摄影上显示为白色点或斑点。

乳房钙化通常不是癌症，即良性。更常见的乳房钙化与称为纤维囊性乳腺变化的良性乳房病症相关。但是，某些类型的钙化（例如形状不规则的紧密集群）可能是乳腺癌的体征。也可能是癌症发生前（癌前）出现的乳房组织变化。

在乳腺 X 线摄影上，乳房钙化可以显示为大钙化灶或微钙化灶。

  • 大钙化灶。 这些钙化灶显示为巨大的白色点或划线。通常不是癌症。无需进一步检查或复诊。
  • 微钙化灶。 微钙化灶显示为精细、白色的小斑点，类似盐粒。某些类型的钙化可能是癌症的早期体征。

如果乳腺 X 线摄影显示乳房钙化可能是癌症，您需要再接受一次乳腺 X 线摄影。这次摄影将显示放大视图，以更仔细地检查钙化情况。如果第二次乳腺 X 线摄影仍显示可能是癌症，医疗护理专业人员可能建议通过乳房活检进行确诊。

如果钙化不像是癌症，医疗护理专业人员可能建议恢复为每年筛查一次。您也可以在 6 个月内返院进行复诊，确保钙化没有发生变化。
