1. A Study to Form a Database of Children with Kidney Stone Disease

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to establish a database to collect and analyze information on metabolic and environmental risk factors for kidney stone formation in children.

2. Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome: Validating Functional Parameters and Novel Echocardiographic Imaging Strategies for Evaluation of Functionally Single Right Ventricular Performance using Previously Recorded Studies

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to validate novel echocardiographic parameters and algorithms to quantitatively evaluate right ventricular function in patients with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) by applying these methods to previously acquired echocardiographic examinations. 

3. A Registry to Follow Long-Term Outcomes for Mother and Child Pairs After Fetal Surgery for Spina Bifida

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to form a registry of data on the long term physical and mental health outcomes of the mother and child following fetal surgical repair for spina bifida.

4. RLY-2608-201-Ph2 Study Of RLY-2608 In PROS And PIK3CA Driven Malformations

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of RLY-2608 versus placebo in adult, adolescent, and pediatric participants with PROS and malformations driven by PIK3CA mutations, which is preceded by a dose selection and basket design with exploratory single-arm cohorts for various subpopulations of participants.

5. A Study To Analyze Surgical Outcomes And Predictors Of Treatment For Hip Diseases

   Rochester, Minn.

   This study is designed to:
   -analyze effects of surgical treatment
   -improve surgical care and quality of life of patients with hip problems/diseases
   -ID predictors of surgical outcomes to identify/improve future treatments
   -Collect data, images, from patients undergoing surgical treatment of hip disorders (we will not be collecting social security numbers to send to Washington University).

6. A Study to Establish a Pediatric Spine Registry

   Rochester, Minn., Minneapolis, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to collect data about patients with chest wall and spinal deformities to develop a multicenter registry.  This will speed the pace of medical advancement and treatment recommendations for these conditions. 

7. A Study of the Effects of Preterm Birth on Lung Disease and Innate Immunity Later in Life

   Rochester, Minn.

   The primary purpose of this study is to investigate the cytokine responses of blood ILC2s from preterm children by collecting peripheral blood at age 5-10 years from children born either preterm or at term, and to analyze the functions of their circulating ILC2s in vitro.

    

8. Patient-Specific Induced Pluripotent Stem Cell Models for Heritable Channelopathies and Cardiomyopathies

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to derive and characterize patient-specific disease models for sudden death-predisposing heritable channelopathies and cardiomyopathies using iPS-cell technology.  It is hoped that the molecular, cellular, and electrophysiological phenotypes of these in-vitro disease models will further elucidate the pathophysiologic mechanisms underlying these sudden death-associated conditions.

9. Mayo Clinic Cancer Center Neuro-Oncology Program Registry And Biobank For The Study Of Nervous System Tumors

   Rochester, Minn.

   Biospecimen banks are a modern attempt to centralize collections of human blood and tissue samples along with health information and personal history. The Neuro-Oncology Program Registry and Biobank will be used for research purposes to increase our understanding of nervous system tumors.
