Biographical summary
Katie N. Lee, M.D., Ph.D., is a board-certified radiation oncologist in the department of Radiation Oncology at Mayo Clinic Rochester. Dr. Lee specializes in the treatment of sarcoma and thoracic malignancies. She received her undergraduate degrees summa cum laude from the University of Minnesota, and as a Rhodes Scholar, received a MSc in Immunology at the University of Oxford. She earned
her M.D. and Ph.D. from Harvard Medical School and completed her medicine internship at Massachusetts General Hospital and radiation oncology residency in the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program.
Dr. Lee’s clinical and translational research focuses on advanced imaging and radiation techniques, precision oncology, and biomarker development to improve cancer treatment outcomes. She is a core member of research cooperative groups at the national level. Dr. Lee is committed to combining her expertise in radiation oncology and providing compassionate, patient centered care.
