How to find us & pulic transport
Our clinic is easy to reach - we’re in Marylebone, just a short walk from Harley Street. Our full address is Mayo Clinic Healthcare, 15 Portland Place, London, W1B 1PT.
For public transport and parking, the following are available:
- Tube: Oxford Circus is a seven minute walk from us, serving the Bakerloo, Central & Victoria lines
- Bus: The RD bus stop at Margaret Street/Oxford Circus is a five minute walk from us, and serves the 453, 88 and C2 buses. There is also the OG bus stop found on Holles Street, a seven minute walk, serving the 25, 55, N8 and N55 buses.
- Parking: Parking is available on Queen Anne Street, Duchess Street, Mansfield Street, Harley Street and Chandos Street.

Our private GP services in London offer a patient-centred experience, where you’re able to fully share your health concerns in a relaxed and supportive setting.
With 30-minute or 60-minute GP appointments available, our experienced consultants have the time to fully explore your concerns through unhurried and comprehensive consultations.
Your GP will make an assessment of your health by asking some questions. These will usually cover:
- Your medical history and any relevant family medical history
- Your lifestyle
- Your symptoms and how long they have been troubling you
Based on your answers, your GP will work with you to agree the next steps together. We can schedule you quickly to resolve minor issues through your initial appointment.
If you need further testing, our specialists will discuss your options, drawing on the resources of our full on-site diagnostic facility.
After your appointment
Depending on what your GP thinks is indicated to your case, along with what kinds of support you expect, you may choose to take further steps. This can include:
- A referral to further tests
- A prescription for medication or a treatment plan
- An appointment with another professional for a second opinion
- A follow up appointment
Your GP may also consult with one of their colleagues in another discipline, either in the UK or the U.S., to provide you the most comprehensive care. With access to Mayo Clinic’s network of specialists worldwide, you’ll benefit from a truly collaborative approach to your health.
