Clinical Trials A continuación, se enumeran los ensayos clínicos actuales.275 estudios en Cancer (solo estudios abiertos). Filtra esta lista de estudios por sede, estado, etc. Human Blood and Tissues Repository for Neuroscience Research Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to collect adult human blood, cerebrospinal fluid, brain, and spine tissues/fluids at time of surgery in order to conduct future studies of the cellular mechanisms of tissue invasion utilized by brain and spine tumors of the central nervous system (CNS). A Study of Women undergoing Mammogram Screening at Mountain Park Clinic Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The goal of this research is to identify risk profiles of women (with particular emphasis on Hispanic women) for breast cancer based on family history, breast density and other factors known to impact risk such as age, weight, age at menarche, age at birth of first child, etc. Aggressive Malignancy PDX (Avatar) and Cryopreservation Program Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to assess the ability to successfully create numerous validated patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models from patient tumor specimens obtained at surgery/biopsy via the new Pathology/TRAG cryopreservation protocol, and to generate a large catalog and repertoire of previously unavailable histologically validated PDX. A Study Of CA-4948 In Patients With Relapsed Or Refractory Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn. This is a multi-center, open-label trial of orally administered CA-4948 monotherapy in adult patients with Relapsed or Refractory NHL. The trial will be conducted in 2 parts: an initial Dose Escalation Phase (Part A) of CA-4948 in patients with Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, (RR NHL) and a Dose Expansion Phase (Part B) of CA-4948 in patients with RR NHL with and without myeloid differentiation primary response 88 (MYD88) mutations. During Part B, patients will be enrolled regardless of MYD88 mutation status. Chemotherapy For The Treatment Of Patients With Newly Diagnosed Very Low-Risk And Low Risk Fusion Negative Rhabdomyosarcoma Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to maintain excellent outcomes in patients with very low risk rhabdomyosarcoma (VLR-RMS) while decreasing the burden of therapy using treatment with 24 weeks of vincristine and dactinomycin (VA) and examines the use of centralized molecular risk stratification in the treatment of rhabdomyosarcoma.Additionally, to find out how well patients with low risk rhabdomyosarcoma (LR-RMS) respond to standard chemotherapy when patients with VLR-RMS and patients who have rhabdomyosarcoma with DNA mutations get separate treatment. Finally, this study examines the effect of therapy intensification in patients who have RMS cancer with DNA mutations to see if their outcomes can be improved. A Study To Evaluate Regulation Of The Metabolism Of T-Cells By The Tumor Microenvironment In Ovarian Cancer Metastasis Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the immune cell repertoire changes during early and late metastasis which could shed light into how the tumor microenvironment in metastatic disease becomes tumor permissive. Phase I/II Study Of [225Ac]Ac-PSMA-R2 In PSMA-positive Prostate Cancer, With/Without Prior 177Lu-PSMA RLT Rochester, Minn. This is an open label, phase I/II, multi-center study in adult participants with metastatic hormone sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC) and with metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) who have received prior anti-cancer treatment and have a positive 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET scan. The purpose of this study is to learn if the study drug, [225Ac]Ac-PSMA-R2, is safe and tolerable, and has anti-tumor activity in treated patients. Expanded Access Study For The Treatment Of Patients With Commercially Out-of-Specification Axicabtagene Ciloleucel Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn. The goal of this study is to provide access to axicabtagene ciloleucel for patients diagnosed with a disease approved for treatment with axicabtagene ciloleucel, that is otherwise out of specification for commercial release. Testing The Use Of Chemotherapy After Surgery For High-Risk Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery in treating patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Chemotherapy drugs, such as capecitabine and temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery could prevent or delay the return of cancer in patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. A Study Of 177Lu-FAP-2286 In Advanced Solid Tumors Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn. Fibroblast activation protein (FAP) is a cell surface protein that is highly expressed on the surface of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) present in the tumor microenvironment of most epithelial cancers, whereas limited expression of FAP is observed in normal tissues. In some cancers of mesenchymal origin, notably sarcoma and mesothelioma, FAP expression has also been observed on the tumor cells themselves. Given the restricted expression profile, FAP is a promising target for peptide-targeted radionuclide imaging and therapeutic agents.Phase 1 of this study is designed to evaluate the safety and establish the recommended intravenous (IV) Phase 2 dose (RP2D) for \[177Lu\]Lu FAP 2286 monotherapy in participants with FAP expressing solid tumors.Phase 2 is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of \[177Lu\]Lu FAP 2286 as monotherapy in participants with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and breast cancer (BC) and in combination with chemotherapy in participants with untreated PDAC or relapsed NSCLC.Participants in both Phase 1 and 2 will be selected for treatment with \[177Lu\]Lu FAP 2286 based on \[68Ga\]Ga FAP 2286 imaging for determining tumor FAP expression.
