   The purpose of this study is to determine the recommended doses (RD) and dosing regimens of [ 177Lu]Lu-NeoB in combination with capecitabine in adult patients with gastrin releasing peptide receptor positive, estrogen receptor-positive, human epidermal growth receptor-2 negative metastatic breast cancer after progression on previous endocrine therapy in combination with a CDK4/6 inhibitor. In the phase II part, to evaluate the preliminary antitumor activity of two different doses/regimens of [177Lu]Lu-NeoB in combination with capecitabine (dose optimization).

2. EF-41/KEYNOTE D58: Phase 3 Study Of Optune Concomitant With Temozolomide Plus Pembrolizumab In Newly Diagnosed Glioblastoma

   Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   This is a multicenter, two-arm, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of Optune® (Tumor Treating Fields at 200 kHz) together with maintenance Temozolomide (TMZ) chemotherapy agent and pembrolizumab compared to Optune® together with maintenance TMZ and placebo in newly diagnosed Glioblastoma (GBM) patients. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the Overall Survival (OS).

3. A Study to Predict Sepsis-Associated Acute Kidney Injury by Assessing Renal Microvascular Blood Flow and Elasticity with Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasonography and Ultrasound Elastogram

   The purpose of this study is to assess kidney microcirculation using contrast-enhanced ultrasonography associated with kidney ultrasound elastography among patients who are at risk of sepsis-associated acute kidney injury provides strong predictive ability for AKI and potential therapeutic targets.
