1. A Study of Nab-Paclitaxel as Maintenance Treatment After Cisplatin-Based Chemotherapy and Surgery for Patients with High-Risk Bladder Cancer

   Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate nab-paclitaxel as maintenance therapy after cisplatin-based chemotherapy and surgery in treating patients with high-risk bladder cancer. Maintenance therapy, such as paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation, can help keep cancer from coming back after it has disappeared following initial chemotherapy.

2. First-in-Human Study of XMT-1536 in Cancers Likely to Express NaPi2b

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla.

   The primary objective of this study is to determine the confirmed investigator-assessed objective response rate of XMT-1536 (upifitamab rilsodotin) in patients with higher sodium-dependent phosphate transport protein 2b (NaPi2b) expressing platinum-resistant high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC), including cancers of ovarian, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal origin)

   Note: Mayo Clinic is only participating in the Phase 2 - Cohort 3 (UPLIFT) portion of the study. Mayo Clinic will not be participating in the QTC sub-study.

    

3. Patient Outcomes after Hepatic Artery Infusion Pump Placement

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the short-term outcomes and the quality of life (QOL) after cholecystectomy and hepatic artery infusion pump placement for localized unresectable colorectal liver metastases (CRLM).

    

4. A Colon Bank for Early Detection of Colon Cancer

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to establish a biobank of samples (blood and stool) to support the development of non-invasive tests for early detection of colon cancer and its precursors.

5. Study of RP-6306 With FOLFIRI in Advanced Solid Tumors

   Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The primary purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of RP-6306 with FOLFIRI in patients with eligible advanced solid tumors, determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), identify a recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) and preferred schedule, and assess preliminary anti-tumor activity.

7. A Study of a New Molecular Approach to Blood DNA Screening for Cancer

   Rochester, Minn.

   The primary aim of this study is to evaluate the distribution of marker levels determined by this multi-marker, multi-compartment blood DNA test approach across persons without known cancer or precancer.

8. Differences in Immunological Effects of Vitamin D Replacement Among African American Prostate Cancer Patients With Localized Versus Metastatic Disease

   Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The aims of this study are to evaluate the prevalence of vitamin D insufficiency among B/AA prostate cancer patients and to determine the deficits in immunity associated with vitamin D insufficiency. Also, we will evaluate whether the peripheral blood immune cell function is different in B/AA prostate cancer patients with metastatic disease as compared with those with localized disease.

9. Efineptakin alfa (NT-I7) Plus Pembrolizumab for the Treatment of Recurrent Glioblastoma

   The purpose of this study is to determine the response rate to the combination of pembrolizumab and NT-I7 in patients with recurrent glioblastoma.

10. Epidemiology of Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
