Harry E. Fuentes Bayne, M.D., M.S.

Fuentes Bayne, M.D., is a board-certified medical oncologist specializing in head and neck cancers and cancers of unknown primary (CUP). He is also a dedicated clinical educator and an advocate for advancing care in rare tumor histologies.

Dr. Fuentes completed his oncology training at Mayo Clinic Rochester MN, where he developed expertise in multidisciplinary approaches to managing complex cancers. His clinical focus includes providing personalized treatment plans for patients with head and neck tumors and CUP, leveraging the latest advancements in immunotherapy and molecular diagnostics.

Dr. Fuentes' research interests center on improving outcomes in CUP and rare histologies, integrating multiomics approaches, and utilizing artificial intelligence for predictive modeling in cancer care. He has led innovative studies on the genomic and clinical characteristics of CUP and developed registries to enhance data sharing and collaboration.

Dr. Fuentes has demonstrated outstanding leadership and teaching abilities throughout his career, having served as Chief Resident and Chief Fellow during his training.
