Dr. McElhinny is completing a research fellowship and is excited to continued her research interests in public health and opioid use disorder. She has completed training in urban medicine and public health in medical school and is currently completing a Masters of Public Health with John Hopkins University. Dr. McElhinny completed her undergraduate and medical degree at University of Wisconsin-Madison and her emergency medicine residency here in the valley at Maricopa Medical Center.
