Keith C. Bible, M.D., Ph.D., is a medical oncology provider who chairs the division's Endocrine and General Oncology Care teams. He also has extensive experience in laboratory research and therapeutic clinical trials development, with the primary goal of improving therapies for patients with life-threatening cancers. His specific clinical expertise encompasses:

  • Radioactive iodine-resistant metastatic differentiated thyroid cancers (papillary, follicular, Hurthle cell)
  • Medullary thyroid cancer
  • Anaplastic thyroid cancer
  • Adrenal cortical carcinoma

Dr. Bible has leadership roles in professional organizations including the American Thyroid Association and the International Thyroid Oncology Group, and serves on national/international guidelines committees related to both thyroid nodules and differentiated thyroid cancer, and also anaplastic thyroid cancer. He has published many basic, translational and clinical manuscripts in high impact scientific journals and is also currently an Associate Editor of the journal Thyroid, and has served as a member of the editorial Board of the Journal of Clinic Endocrinology and Metabolism. Dr. Bible also serves in an advisory role to the patient advocacy thyroid cancer group, ThyCa, and is involved in the laboratory and clinical training of residents and fellows.
