In the rat intraventricular cannula model, intracranial pressure can be manually reduced or increased over an extended period of time to study the role of intracranial pressure in optic nerve pathology.

The Pediatric Eye Disease Investigator Group uses evidence-based care to advance the treatment of children with amblyopia. PEDIG has also developed a more rigorous approach to assessing clinical parameters and provides an avenue for participation in clinical trials.
