HABIT program aims to delay MCI progression, ease caregiver burden

Serotonin transporter genotypes may be associated with bone loss

A functional polymorphism of the serotonin transporter promoter gene produces two main alleles, short (s) and long (l). New research shows that the s allele may be associated with increased bone loss in middle-aged women with diagnosed depression.
