1. A Study Of Senseera Liquid Biopsy In Detecting ACR

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of the study is to optimize and validate the performance of the Senseera liquid biopsy cfChIP-seq assay for the detection of Acute Cellular Rejection (ACR) of the liver in patients who underwent a liver graft, as compared to the standard of care biopsy of the liver and histopathological examination by specialized pathologists.

   The sensitivity and specificity of the test will be compared to the reference standard, based on the biopsy results, and the overall diagnostic accuracy of the assay will be assessed.

6. Trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole Graded Administration in Oncology, Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant, and Solid Organ Transplant Patients with a History of Sulfonamide Allergy

   The aim of this study is to study the efficacy and safety of our short and long one-day protocols for TMP-SMX graded administration in hematologic malignancy, hematopoietic stem cell transplant, and solid organ transplant patients.    

7. Authorizaton to Use Clincially Obtained Data for Research

   Rochester, Minn.

   This study is being done to gather information regarding your health in relation to your composite tissue transplant. We would like to use your medical records (both existing and future) to study the health of patients who will receive or have received a composite tissue transplant. This research would include looking at your demographic information, cause of initial injury, laboratory test results and medical exams relating to your pre and post transplant care, and your mental well-being before and after transplant.

    

8. A Study To Evaluate The Role Of Gut Microbiome In Cancer Therapy

   The purpose of this study is to correlate gut microbiome with specific cancer diagnoses and the clinical response (effectiveness), and adverse effects of cancer therapy (single or multiple) and stem cell transplant.

    

9. A Study Looking at the Impact of Gabriel House of Care (a Hospital Hospitality House, HHH) on the Quality of Life and Mood of Liver Transplant Patients

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   The aim of this study is to measure the differences in quality of life and mood of liver transplant recipients in the immediate month post- transplant staying at the Gabriel House of Care staying at a hotel, apartment or rental property. 

10. A Study of Immune Cell Abnormalities Found in Individual Patients who have Type 1 Diabetes and are Waiting for Pancreas or Pancreas/Kidney Transplant Surgery

    The purpose of this study is to measure and characterize specific immune cell abnormalities found in patients who have type 1 diabetes and may or may not be on the waiting list for either a pancreas alone or a pancreas and kidney transplant.
