1. A Study to Evaluate Novel Nipple Reconstruction Technique Using Nipple Sharing of a Half-Split Nipple in Female-to-Male Transgender Chest-Wall Contouring

   The purpose of this study is to describe a new surgical technique for nipple reconstruction in female-to-male transgender chest wall reconstruction and demonstrate its safety, patient satisfaction, aesthetic evaluation and complications. Subsequently, correlate these findings to assess overall surgical and clinical outcomes.

2. Understanding the Relationship Between Benign Breast Tissue, Benign Breast Disease, and Breast Cancer Development

   The purpose of this study is to culture human mammary cells to identify cellular characteristics associated with lobular involution status. 

3. Pediatric Extracranial Solid Tumor Biorepository

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to create a biospecimen repository for both fresh frozen tissue from core needle biopsies and tumor resections as well as serial plasma collection.

4. A Study to Evaluate Vascularized Lymph Node Transfer Coverage

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to investigate outcomes for all patients with upper or lower extremity lymphedema with lymph node transfer in a two stage procedure involving dermal regeneration followed by split thickness skin graft (STSG) and compared to patients only receiving STSG for wound coverage.

    

5. A Study to Evaluate Hyperthermic Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy to Treat Patients with Pancreatic Cancer and Peritoneal Metastasis

   The primary purpose of this study is to assess short-term morbidity and disease-free survival outcomes for patients with pancreatic adenocarcinoma with limited low volume peritoneal metastasis or positive peritoneal cytology undergoing hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy.

7. Recovery from Cushing syndrome and Mild Autonomous Cortisol Secretion

   The primary purpose of this study is to determine pre-surgical and post-surgical predictors of the duration and severity of glucocorticoid withdrawal in patients undergoing a curative surgery for cortisol excess.

8. Pafolacianine for Localization of Pediatric Extracranial Solid Tumors

   The purpose of this study is to determine the utility of NIR fluorescent imaging using the molecular imaging agent CYTALUX for identifying lesions in children and adolescent patients with primary or metastatic solid tumors.

9. A Study to Evaluate Proximal Aortic Seal Zone Stress and Strain Following Endovascular Aortic Repair

   The purpose of this study is to obtain baseline stress and strain of abdominal aortic artery prior to endovascular repair, and to compare the variation in stress and strain of Ovation vs. Cook stent grafts immediately post-operativelythen after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months following endovascular repair.
