1. A Colon Bank for Early Detection of Colon Cancer

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to establish a biobank of samples (blood and stool) to support the development of non-invasive tests for early detection of colon cancer and its precursors.

2. Efineptakin alfa (NT-I7) Plus Pembrolizumab for the Treatment of Recurrent Glioblastoma

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to determine the response rate to the combination of pembrolizumab and NT-I7 in patients with recurrent glioblastoma.

3. A2B101-101: Obtaining Solid Tumor Tissue from Subjects Having Surgical Resection for Certain Tumor Types and Leukapheresis for CAR T-cell Therapy Manufacturing

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The primary objectives for this study are: 

   • The percentage of subjects who can enroll on an A2 CAR T-cell therapy study within approximately 6 months of documentation of HLA-A LOH status
   • The percentage of subjects who can enroll on an A2 CAR T-cell therapy study within approximately 12 months of documentation of HLA-A LOH status
   • The percentage of subjects who can enroll on an A2 CAR T-cell therapy study within approximately 18 months of documentation of HLA-A LOH status
   • The percentage of subjects who can enroll on an A2 CAR T-cell therapy study within approximately 24 months of HLA-A LOH status
   • Percentage of screened subjects experiencing loss of heterozygosity of HLA-A*02.

4. A Study to Compare Somatostatin Analogues with Perioperative Antibiotics versus Prolonged Antibiotics

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to to determine the individual treatment effect of somatostatin and whether duration of antibiotic therapy coupled with octreotide provides improved outcomes after pancreaticoduodenectomy. 

5. A Study to Evaluate Minimal Residual Disease in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to compare whether minimal residual disease (MRD) flow cytometric assay is not affected by different anticoagulants.

6. A Pilot Study to Evaluate the Molecular and Biological Phenotype of Peripheral Immune Cells in Solid Tumor Patients

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to investigate for potential mechanisms underlying the sensitivity and resistance to immune checkpoint modulating agents that lead to the identification of sensitivity/resistance biomarkers and development of novel immunotherapeutic approaches.

7. Aggressive Malignancy PDX (Avatar) and Cryopreservation Program

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to assess the ability to successfully create numerous validated patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models from patient tumor specimens obtained at surgery/biopsy via the new Pathology/TRAG cryopreservation protocol, and to generate a large catalog and repertoire of previously unavailable histologically validated PDX.

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate hematology e-consults to determine their specific use, time to completion, advantages and disadvantages, perceptions from primary care physicians and specialists and economic impact. 

9. A Study of JNJ‐68284528 Out‐of‐Specification (OOS) for Commercial Release in Patients with Multiple Myeloma

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of cilta-cel OOS based on overall response of partial response (PR) or better (overall response rate, ORR) to treat multiple myeloma.

10. Fertility Outcomes in Lymphoma Patients

    Jacksonville, Fla.

    The objectives of this study are to analyze impact of radiation on fertility, to correlate the clinical outcome of fertility after chemotherapy and or radiation, and to evaluate the different modalities and cost/benefit of fertility preservation in lymphoma patients

    Lymphoma is a diversified disease with outcomes differing upon the types and subtypes of lymphoma as well as treatment modalities used. Fertility outcomes in patients treated with chemotherapy and/or radiation could vary and largely unknown.
