The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery in treating patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Chemotherapy drugs, such as capecitabine and temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery could prevent or delay the return of cancer in patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Leveraging Methylated DNA Markers (MDMs) in the Detection of Endometrial Cancer and Cervical Cancer: a Phase II Clinical Study Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to develop a pan-gynecologic cancer detection test using gynecologic (unique endometrial, cervical, and ovarian cancer) cancer-specific methylated DNA markers and high-risk human papilloma virus (HR-HPV) detected in vaginal fluid and/or plasma. A Novel Vaccine (EO2463) as Monotherapy and in Combination, for Treatment of Patients With Indolent Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to define the recommended dose, safety, tolerability, immunogenicity, and preliminary effectiveness of EO2463 during monotherapy and in combination with lenalidomide and/or rituximab in patients with indolent Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL). Testing the Addition of an Anti-cancer Drug, Selinexor, to the Usual Chemotherapy Treatment (Temozolomide) for Brain Tumors That Have Returned After Previous Treatment Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of phase 1 of this trial is to determine the maximum tolerated dose of temozolomide followed by selinexor in recurrent glioblastoma patients as determined by dose-limiting toxicities [DLTs] and the total toxicity profile. The purpose of phase 2 of this trial is to evaluate the effectiveness of sequentially administering temozolomide and selinexor in recurrent glioblastoma as determined by progression-free survival [PFS]. MRD Guided, Fixed Duration Therapy With Loxo-305 and Venetoclax for Previously Untreated Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to determine if a new drug combination, pirtobrutinib and venetoclax, will help Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL) or Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma (SLL) cancer, as well as learn more about the side effects of this drug combination. Everyone in this study will receive pirtobrutinib and venetoclax. Venetoclax is U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved for the treatment of CLL and SLL. Pirtobrutinib is currently being studied in patients with CLL but it is not FDA approved yet. This drug combination is still experimental and is not approved by the FDA. Discontinuation of pirtobrutinib and venetoclax based on minimal residual disease (MRD) results is also investigational. However, the FDA has allowed the use of this drug combination in this research study. MC230818 Understanding the mechanisms of clonal and non-clonal cytopenia following CAR-T therapy (MC230818) Rochester, Minn., Mankato, Minn., La Crosse, Wis., Eau Claire, Wis., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Albert Lea, Minn. Determine the preexisting and therapy-emergent germline and somatic variants associated with an increased risk of clonal and non-clonal cytopenia following CAR-T cell therapy. A Study to Evaluate Immune-related Biomarkers for Pathological Response in Stage II-III HER2-positive Breast Cancer Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to evaluate invasive disease-free survival (iDFS) of multi-epitope HER2 vaccine vs. placebo in combination with ado-trastuzumab emtansine (TTT-DM1) in patients with stage II-III HER2+ breast cancer with residual disease post-neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and to evaluate the safety of multi-epitope HER2 vaccine given concurrently with T-DM1 maintenance therapy. A Study of AZD2936 Anti-TIGIT/Anti-PD-1 Bispecific Antibody in Participants With Advanced or Metastatic NSCLC Rochester, Minn. This is a Phase I/II study designed to evaluate if experimental anti-TIGIT/anti-PD-1 bispecific antibody rilvegostomig (AZD2936) is safe, tolerable and efficacious in participants with Advanced or Metastatic Non-small Cell Lung Cancer. A Study of 177Lu-FAP-2286 in Advanced Solid Tumors (LuMIERE) Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of [177Lu]Lu-FAP-2286 as monotherapy in participants with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and breast cancer (BC) and in combination with chemotherapy in participants with untreated PDAC or relapsed NSCLC. A Study to Establish a Living Breast Organoid Biobank for Translational Research Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. Researchers at Mayo Clinic are developing a Biobank of adult stem cell-rich breast organoids, a new research resource to facilitate normal and cancer stem cell research. Subjects in the Biobank will provide samples of excess breast tissue, complete a health questionnaire, and allow access to medical records now and in the future. The Biobank serves as a library for researchers; instead of having to look for volunteers for each new project, researchers can use samples from the Biobank as well as share information already collected.
