Glasdegib is used together with low-dose cytarabine to treat newly-diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in adults 75 years of age and older or who have other medical conditions that prevent the use of standard chemotherapy. Glasdegib is an antineoplastic agent (cancer medicine). It interferes with the growth of cancer cells, which are eventually destroyed by the body.
