概述

颅内静脉畸形是指脑部静脉异常大。这些变大的静脉可能不会引起症状或影响静脉的工作方式。

有些人可能患有颅内静脉畸形，但从未得到诊断且从未引起症状。有时，颅内静脉畸形是在因其他状况进行脑成像检查时意外发现的。

颅内静脉畸形通常不需要治疗。

症状

颅内静脉畸形可能根本不会引起症状。有时，它是在因另一种状况进行脑成像检查时意外发现的。如果颅内静脉畸形确实导致症状，可能包括：

  • 头痛。
  • 癫痫发作。
  • 头晕。
  • 恶心和呕吐。
  • 肌无力或瘫痪。
  • 丧失协调性。
  • 视力问题。
  • 说话困难。
  • 记忆问题。

如果您有颅内静脉畸形的任何症状，请就医。

病因

专家不了解是什么原因导致颅内静脉畸形。某些基因变化可能起作用，畸形可能在胎儿发育过程中发生。然而，某些类型可能不是遗传的，而是后天获得的，可能在中枢神经系统损伤后发生。

风险因素

有颅内静脉畸形家族史可能会增加风险，但大多数类型的动静脉畸形不会遗传。

某些遗传性疾病可能会增加您患颅内静脉畸形的风险。这些疾病包括遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症、斯德奇-韦伯综合征和克利佩尔-特农纳综合征。
