如果您有糖尿病,不一定不能吃夜宵,但重要的是要做出健康的选择。
夜宵会增加额外的热量,从而导致体重增加。而且,如果您在晚上吃完饭(特别是吃了含碳水化合物的食物后)吃零食,那么在第二天早上醒来时,您的血糖水平会很高。
如果您晚饭后觉得饿,试着先喝杯水。有时口渴会表现出和饥饿一样的症状。如果还觉得饿,您最好吃低碳水化合物、低热量的零食,蛋白质或纤维含量高的零食比较好,比如希腊酸奶或一小把坚果。
其他方案包括:
- 无糖冷冻汽水
- 一根清淡的奶酪棒
- 一汤匙花生酱(15 克)和芹菜
- 一个煮熟的鸡蛋
- 五根迷你胡萝卜
- 清淡的爆米花,3/4 杯(约 6 克)
