1. A Study to Evaluate the Effectiveness of Psychological Support Based on Positive Suggestions on Mental Health Morbidity and Cognitive Function

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this trial is to compare the effectiveness of psychological support based on positive suggestions (PSBPS) vs. usual care on mental health morbidity and cognitive function in survivors of critical illness.

2. ARrest RESpiraTory Failure From PNEUMONIA

   Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to establish the effectiveness of a combination of an inhaled corticosteroid and a beta agonist compared to placebo for the prevention of acute respiratory failure (ARF) in hospitalized patients with pneumonia and hypoxemia.

3. Comparison Of In-Home Versus In-Clinic Administration Of Subcutaneous Nivolumab Through Cancer CARE (Connected Access And Remote Expertise) Beyond Walls (CCBW) Program

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   This phase II trial compares the impact of subcutaneous (SC) nivolumab given in an in-home setting to an in-clinic setting on cancer care and quality of life. Currently, most drug-related cancer care is conducted in clinic type centers or hospitals which may isolate patients from family, friends and familiar surroundings for many hours per day. This separation adds to the physical, emotional, social, and financial burden for patients and their families. Traveling to and from medical facilities costs time, money, and effort and can be a disadvantage to patients living in rural areas, those with low incomes or poor access to transport. Studies have shown that cancer patients often feel more comfortable and secure being cared for in their own home environments. SC nivolumab in-home treatment may be safe, tolerable and/or effective when compared to in-clinic treatment and may reduce the burden of cancer and improve the quality of life in cancer patients.

4. Study Of Zanzalintinib In Combination With Immuno-Oncology Agents In Participants With Solid Tumors

   Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   This is a multicenter Phase 1b, open label, dose-escalation and cohort-expansion study, evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), preliminary antitumor activity, and effect of biomarkers of zanzalintinib administered alone, and in combination with nivolumab (doublet), nivolumab + ipilimumab (triplet) and nivolumab + relatlimab (triplet) in participants with advanced solid tumors.
   
   In the Expansion Stage, the safety and efficacy of zanzalintinib as monotherapy and in combination therapy will be further evaluated in tumor-specific Expansion Cohorts.

5. A Study of a New Non-Invasive Method for Measuring Lung Elasticity in Healthy Volunteers

   The purpose of this study is to test a new non-invasive technique may be used to assess patients with various lung disorders.

    

6. A Study to Evaluate the Effectiveness and Safety of Remdesivir to Treat Coronavirus Disease 2019 in an Outpatient Setting

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effietiveness of remdesivir (RDV) in reducing the rate of of all-cause medically attended visits (MAVs; medical visits attended in person by the participant and a health care professional) or death in non-hospitalized participants with early stage coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and to evaluate the safety of RDV administered in an outpatient setting.
