The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability, identify dose-limiting toxicities (DLT) and determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) / recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of APG-2575. Understanding the Relationship Between Benign Breast Tissue, Benign Breast Disease, and Breast Cancer Development Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to culture human mammary cells to identify cellular characteristics associated with lobular involution status. Cutaneous Lymphoma Database Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to create a long-term, prospective database of cutaneous lymphoma that will lead to a better understanding of the biological behavior of cutaneous lymphomas as well as the effectiveness of interventions. A Study to Compare Optimal MRI Timing for Pre-surgical Planning to LINAC-based Therapy Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this research is to compare two different standard-of-care pre-surgical imaging methods. A Study to Evaluate the Surgical Removal of Residual Brain Tumors Prior to Recurrence Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and feasibility of surgical resection for pre-recurrent brain tumors. Eligible patients with surgically accessible latent tumors desiring surgical resection will be enrolled to prospectively track short- and long-term outcomes. Safety will be evaluated by quantifying rates of surgical morbidity as compared to patients undergoing RT after surgery, or no surgery for similar latent disease. Variables evaluated will include postoperative complications including death within 30 days, wound infection, length of hospital stay, and readmission rates. Phase 1/2 Study Of MRTX1719 In Solid Tumors With MTAP Deletion Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to to characterize the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of MRTX1719 in patients with advanced solid tumor malignancies with MTAP (methylthioadenosine phosphorylase) deletion. Oligomets pancreas SBRT Jacksonville, Fla. The primary endpoint for this study will compare PFS between SBRT + standard chemotherapy vs. standard chemotherapy alone in patients with oligometastatic pancreatic cancer. PFS is defined as the time from randomization to the first of either disease progression or death from any cause, where disease progression will be determined based on RECIST 1.1 criteria and will be documented at each enrolling site with no central review planned. Comparing Retreatment Of 177Lu-DOTATATE PRRT Versus Everolimus In Patients With Metastatic Unresectable Midgut Neuroendocrine Tumors, NET RETREAT Trial Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is tol compare the effect of retreatment with 177Lu-DOTATATE peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) to the usual approach of treatment with everolimus in patients who have previously received 177Lu-DOTATATE for midgut neuroendocrine tumor (NET) that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic) and that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable). Breast Cancer, Reasoning, And Activity Intervention Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. This phase II trial tests whether an exercise intervention works to improve cognitive function in breast cancer survivors. Many breast cancer survivors report cancer-related cognitive impairment, which this has recently become a priority in clinical research due to its dramatic impact on daily functioning, quality of life, and long-term health. Aerobic exercise has the potential to improve cognitive function and brain health in older adults and is recommended as a safe, tolerable, and accessible complementary therapy for breast cancer survivors. This study aims to understand the effects of physical activity compared with health education on memory, attention, and brain health in women with breast cancer. Study findings may help researchers design more programs that can improve memory, attention, and brain health in other women with breast cancer. A Dose-Escalation and Expansion Study of BGB-16673 in Participants With B-Cell Malignancies Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. This study consists of two parts to explore BGB-16673 recommended dosing: a part 1 monotherapy dose finding and a part 2 (cohort expansion in two cohorts).
