   Rochester, Minn.

   The primary purpose of this study is to determine pre-surgical and post-surgical predictors of the duration and severity of glucocorticoid withdrawal in patients undergoing a curative surgery for cortisol excess.

2. A Study Evaluating the Prevalence, Incidence and Predictors for Development of the Impulse Control Disorders in Patients with Prolactinomas Treated with Dopamine Agonist Therapy

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to establish incidence and prevalence of Impulse Control Disorders (ICDs) in patients with prolactinomas treated with dopamine agonists (DA), to determine the predictors of ICD development, and to establish a predictor scoring system that could be subsequently validated and applied prior to initiation of DA.

3. Obesity Treatment Outcomes in Liver Transplant Recipients

   Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to prospectively evaluate the safety and effectiveness of standard of care, individualized, comprehensive weight loss interventions in carefully selected patients with obesity undergoing liver transplant evaluation, including utilization of best lifestyle modifications and guidance to promote a healthy weight, possible medical therapy using FDA-approved weight loss medications and EBMTs with or without concomitant medical therapy.
