Referring physicians can call Mayo Referring Physician Services anytime to initiate a referral. Appointment coordinators will call the referring physician or physician's office back between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern time.

Appointment coordinators are available to record information and arrange appointments directly in the Bariatric Surgery Program.
