1. Sleep Health in Inflammatory Bowel Disease

   Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The focus of the proposed study is to improve understanding of the underlying mechanisms of symptom burden, and the purpose is to describe how sleep health contributes to symptoms and functional performance in adults with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD).

2. RLY-2608-201-Ph2 Study Of RLY-2608 In PROS And PIK3CA Driven Malformations

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of RLY-2608 versus placebo in adult, adolescent, and pediatric participants with PROS and malformations driven by PIK3CA mutations, which is preceded by a dose selection and basket design with exploratory single-arm cohorts for various subpopulations of participants.

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to report the proportion of thiamine deficiency (as defined by the Mayo Clinic Laboratory reference range) in liver transplant patients.

5. Obstructive Sleep Apnea Among Somali-Americans

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to advance the understanding of obstructive sleep apnea as it relates to different ethnic origins as well as sex differences. The investigators will compare Somali patients with known obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) to individuals without OSA, and to individuals of other ethnic/racial origins to determine the risk factors (genetic and/or physiologic) associated with developing cardiovascular diseases. This will help the investigators to understand the unique sleep pathology of individuals of African descent.

6. Abatacept For The Treatment Of Common Variable Immunodeficiency With Interstitial Lung Disease

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of abatacept compared to placebo for treatment of subjects with GLILD in the context of CVID.

   There is no standard of care therapy for patients with granulomatous-lymphocytic interstitial lung disease (GLILD) seen in common variable immunodeficiency (CVID). Abatacept has recently looked promising for the treatment of patients with complex CVID.

7. A Study to Evaluate the Effect of Inspiratory Muscle Training on Physiological Function and Clinical Outcomes Following Lung Transplant

   Jacksonville, Fla.

   The purpose of this study is to to mechanistically investigate the effect of specific inspiratory muscle training on respiratory function, exercise capacity, health-related quality-of-life, and short-term clinical outcomes in patients after lung transplant.

8. A Study to Evaluate the Effectiveness of Psychological Support Based on Positive Suggestions on Mental Health Morbidity and Cognitive Function

   The purpose of this trial is to compare the effectiveness of psychological support based on positive suggestions (PSBPS) vs. usual care on mental health morbidity and cognitive function in survivors of critical illness.

9. REstrictive versus LIberal Rate of Extracorporeal Volume Removal Evaluation in Acute Kidney Injury (RELIEVE-AKI)

   Rochester, Minn.

   The objective of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of alternative Net Ultrafiltration (UFNET) rate strategies among critically ill adults with acute kidney injury (AKI) and treated with Continuous Kidney Replacement Therapy (CKRT).

    

10. A Study to Evaluate Noninvasive Ultrasound Elastography of Kidney and Lung in Assessment of Volume Status in ICU Patients

    The primary purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility of performing lung and kidney and lung ultrasound elastography among patients with critical illness from different etiologies that could be associated with volume overload.
