1. Study Of Zanzalintinib In Combination With Immuno-Oncology Agents In Participants With Solid Tumors

   Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   This is a multicenter Phase 1b, open label, dose-escalation and cohort-expansion study, evaluating the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), preliminary antitumor activity, and effect of biomarkers of zanzalintinib administered alone, and in combination with nivolumab (doublet), nivolumab + ipilimumab (triplet) and nivolumab + relatlimab (triplet) in participants with advanced solid tumors.
   
   In the Expansion Stage, the safety and efficacy of zanzalintinib as monotherapy and in combination therapy will be further evaluated in tumor-specific Expansion Cohorts.

2. A Study to Develop Processes for Tissue Growth for Use in Reconstruction Surgeries

   Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to develop the procedures for the growth of specific cells and tissues needed for reconstruction surgeries of the head and neck using the waste tissues of other surgeries.

3. Airway Stenosis Specimen Registry

   Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla.

   The primary objective of this proposal is to develop an Airway Stenosis Registry at Mayo Clinic. The purpose of the registry will be to support ongoing research in the etiology, early diagnosis, clinical management, and prognosis of airway stenosis due to inflammation, cancers and other diseases of the airway.  

4. A Study to Evaluate the Effects of Sharpened Romberg Testing (SRT) in Healthy Subjects

   Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz.

   The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of hypocapnia on postural standing balance using the sharpened Romberg test (SRT).
