The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety of drug [Ac225]RTX-2358 and the diagnostic imaging agent [Cu64]LNTH-1363S. Additionally Ratio Therapeutics will learn if [Ac225]RTX-2358 drug is effective in treating advanced sarcoma. The main questions the study aims to answer in Phase/Part 1 of the trial are:Is [Ac225]RTX-2358 tolerable or does it cause toxicities (medical problems) in patients. What is the most tolerable dose of [Ac225]RTX-2358Does the treatment show effectiveness on advanced sarcomaParticipants will:Take drug [Ac225]RTX-2358 once every 8 weeks (4 cycle target; 6 cycle maximum) over a period of 12 monthsVisit the clinic three times for the first week of cycle one, then once a week for the remaining 7 weeks of cycle 1 for check-ups and tests. For cycles 2-6: patient will visit the clinic once every 2 weeks for checkups and testsRemain in long term follow-up for a period of four additional years A Study Of APG-3288 In Relapsed/Refractory Blood Cancers Jacksonville, Fla. This is a Phase I, multicenter, open-label, two-stage study of APG-3288 monotherapy, aiming to determine the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) and Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of APG-3288 administered orally once daily in patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) hematologic malignancies. Grief Among Older Adult Family Caregivers Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the trajectory of loss and grief over 12 months, the risk factors associated with high levels of pre-loss grief, and the preliminary effectiveness of ART for treatment of high levels of pre-loss grief among family caregivers (FCG) of persons nearing the end of life. Upifitamab Rilsodotin Maintenance in Platinum-Sensitive Recurrent Ovarian Cancer (UP-NEXT) Jacksonville, Fla. UP-NEXT is a double-blind, randomized, placebo controlled study of the antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) XMT-1536 (upifitamab rilsodotin) administered as an intravenous infusion for patients once every four weeks. Patients with recurrent, platinum-sensitive high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) including fallopian tube and primary peritoneal cancer expressing high levels of NaPi2b. Circulating Tumor Nucleic Acids To Monitor Treatment Response In Metastatic Melanoma Patients Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. This project will investigate whether the analysis of nucleic acids circulating in the blood from tumors can allow real-time monitoring of treatment response to targeted therapy and immunotherapy for patients who have stage IV metastatic melanoma. Specialty Compared To Oncology Delivered Palliative Care For Treating Acute Myeloid Leukemia Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether primary palliative care is an alternative strategy to specialty palliative care for improving quality of life, symptoms, mood, coping, and end of life outcomes in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Evaluating Intestinal Microbiome And Immune Function In Lymphoma Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to examine the microbiome and immune function in patients with active lymphoma, and in patients with a history of lymphoma who are in clinical remission. Testing The Addition Of MEDI4736 (Durvalumab) To Chemotherapy Before Surgery For Patients With High-Grade Upper Urinary Tract Cancer Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to compare the effect of adding durvalumab to chemotherapy versus chemotherapy alone before surgery in treating patients with upper urinary tract cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as durvalumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as methotrexate, vinblastine, doxorubicin, cisplatin, and gemcitabine work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Durvalumab in combination with chemotherapy before surgery may enhance the shrinking of the tumor compared to chemotherapy alone. I-SPY TRIAL: Neoadjuvant And Personalized Adaptive Novel Agents To Treat Breast Cancer (I-SPY) Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to further advance the ability to practice personalized medicine by learning which new drug agents are most effective with which types of breast cancer tumors and by learning more about which early indicators of response (tumor analysis prior to surgery via magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images along with tissue and blood samples) are predictors of treatment success. BiCaZO: A Study Combining Two Immunotherapies (Cabozantinib And Nivolumab) To Treat Patients With Advanced Melanoma Or Squamous Cell Head And Neck Cancer, An ImmunoMATCH Pilot Study Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the feasibility of molecular characterization based on tumor mutational burden (TMB) for participant stratification, as assessed by the proportion of participants with less than or equal to a 21-day turnaround time for biopsy results in Stage I of the study. Also, to evaluate the feasibility of molecular characterization based on TMB and gene expression profiling (GEP) (for TIS - tumor inflammation signature) for stratification in the overall study (Stage I and Stage II). Additinoally, to evaluate the effectiveness by overall response rate (ORR – defined as confirmed and unconfirmed partial responses plus complete responses) of cabozantinib plus nivolumab in each disease cohort, both across and within tumor biomarker subgroups.
