1. Creation of PLACENTA/Serum Repository Database: Autoimmunity from Mother To Baby Study

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of the study is to learn more about autoimmunity and potential mother to baby transmission of pathogenic antibodies. The collected research samples from children will be frozen and stored at the Mayo Clinic and will be used for future studies of autoimmune diseases.

2. A Study to Evaluate Time to First Movement for Fetal Surgery Patients Injected with Intramuscular Anesthesia

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to determine the time from intramuscular injection to the time of first fetal movement after a fetal surgery procedure.

3. Mayo Clinic Umbilical and Placental Tissues Biobank

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to collect paired maternal and umbilical cord blood samples that can be processed for various traits in the blood, including serum, DNA, RNA and cells. The long term goal of this project is to start an Umbilical and Placental Tissues Biobank, which will operate in parallel to the Mayo Clinic Biobank. In future studies, we may use the serum, DNA and RNA obtained from cord blood and your blood to understand health and disease.

   The purpose of this study is to collect vaginal and endometrial cell samples to study endometrial cancer.

5. A Study to Assess Maternal and Fetal Outcomes in Pregnancy with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus and Controls

   Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to retrospectively and prospectively compare maternal and fetal/newborn clinical outcomes in age-matched pregnant patients with T1D and healthy controls and to assess the relationship between glycemic variability and pregnancy outcomes in the current era.

6. Cancer screening practices of individuals with Lynch Syndrome

   Rochester, Minn.

   This is a survey study to describe how women with Lynch syndrome are being screened for gynecologic cancer risk, their perception of cancer risk, and uptake of risk reducing surgery.

7. Understanding the Biology of Uterine Smooth Muscle

   Rochester, Minn.

   This study will investigate the biology of uterine smooth muscle cells and particularly explore the commonalities it has with smooth muscle cells of the airway.

8. Patient-Centered Outcomes In The Surgical Treatment Of Uterovaginal Prolapse

   Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn.

   The purpose of this study is to compare two types of surgery for the treatment of uterovaginal prolapse to determine which surgery works best from a patient's perspective and has the lowest number of short-term and long-term complications.

9. A Registry to Follow Long-Term Outcomes for Mother and Child Pairs After Fetal Surgery for Spina Bifida

   The purpose of this study is to form a registry of data on the long term physical and mental health outcomes of the mother and child following fetal surgical repair for spina bifida.

10. A Study to Evaluate DS-8201a Combined with Olaparib in HER2-Expressing Cancers with Expansion in Endometrial Cancer Patients Testing the Combination of DS-8201a and Olaparib in HER2-Expressing Cancers With Expansion in Patients With Endometrial Cancer

    The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of the combination of DS-8201a in combination with olaparib, and to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) 1.1.2 To evaluate the safety and tolerability of this combination in a dose expansion cohort in patients with uterine serous carcinoma.
