Dacomitinib is used to treat non-small cell lung cancer that has spread (metastatic) with an epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 19 deletion or exon 21 L858R substitution mutation gene. Your doctor will use a test to check for the mutation before you receive this medicine.
This medicine is available only with your doctor's prescription.
