A Study to Analyze the Vaginal and Bladder Microbiome in Patients Undergoing Vaginal Estrogen or Vaginal LASER Therapy Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to evaluate vaginal microbiome at baseline and at 3 months in menopausal women with either vaginal atrophy (with or without rUTI) or rUTI, following treatment of vaginal estrogen and LASER therapy, to evaluate the bladder microbiome at baseline and at 3 months in menopausal women with vaginal atrophy with rUTI undergoing treatment of vaginal estrogen or LASER therapy, and to compare the microbial communities between women who undergo vaginal estrogen with those who undergo LASER therapy. A Study to Compare Cabozantinib versus Sunitinib to Treat Metastatic Variant Histology Renal Cell Carcinoma Patients Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this investigational study is to compare the safety and effectiveness of cabozantinib and sunitinib when given to patients with metastatic (has spread) variant histology renal cell carcinoma (vhRCC), a type of kidney cancer. Cabozantinib and sunitinib are both FDA approved and commercially available for the treatment of advanced kidney cancer, including vhRCC. A Study of Heated Intra-peritoneal Chemotherapy (H.I.P.E.C.) with Doxorubicin and Cisplatin in Pediatric Patients with Pelvic and Abdominal Rhabdomyosarcoma Rochester, Minn. The primary purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility of heated intra-peritoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) with doxorubicin (DOXO) and Cisplatin (CDDP) after surgical resection of pediatric pelvic and abdominal rhabdomyosarcoma tumors, and to assess morbidity, hospital length of stay and peri-operative mortality outcomes for pediatric patients with intraperitoneal sarcoma undergoing hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy. A Study of APR-246 and Pembrolizumab in Patients with Solid Tumor Malignancies Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Rochester, Minn., Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to determine the safety and preliminary effectiveness of APR-246 in combination with pembrolizumab in subjects with solid tumor malignancies. The study will include a safety lead-in portion followed by a phase 2 expansion portion in specific disease groups. Evaluation of a Patient-Reported Symptom Index for NMIBC Rochester, Minn. This project will develop and evaluate a patient-reported symptom index to assess the impact of treatment for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer on patient burden, toxicity, symptoms and side effects. The symptom index will provide a method for assessing treatments from the patient's perspective; help healthcare professionals make better informed treatment decisions, and provide a method to be able to effectively evaluate treatments for non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. A Study to Evaluate Sexual Function in Women Undergoing Radical Cystectomy Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla. The primary purpose of this study is to characterize pre-operative sexual function and interest in sexual activity of women undergoing radical cystectomy. A Study of Standard Systemic Therapy with or without Definitive Treatment in Treating Participants with Metastatic Prostate Cancer La Crosse, Wis., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaouate how well standard systemic therapy with or without definitive treatment (prostate removal surgery or radiation therapy) works in treating participants with prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body. A Phase 3 Randomized, Placebo-controlled, Double-blind Study of Niraparib in Combination with Abiraterone Acetate and Prednisone Versus Abiraterone Acetate and Prednisone for Treatment of Subjects with Metastatic Prostate Cancer Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of niraparib in combination with abiraterone acetate and prednisone (AA-P) compared to AA-P plus placebo. Study to Evaluate 99mTc-MIP-1404 SPECT/CT Imaging in Men With Biopsy Proven Low-Grade Prostate Cancer Rochester, Minn. 99mTc-MIP-1404 is a radioactive diagnostic imaging agent indicated for imaging men with newly diagnosed prostate cancer whose biopsy indicates a histopathologic Gleason Score of ≤ 3+4 severity who are candidates for active surveillance and are undergoing voluntary radical prostatectomy (RP) [Cohort A] or routine prostate biopsy [Cohort B]. This Phase 3 study is designed to evaluate the specificity and sensitivity of 99mTc-MIP-1404 SPECT/CT imaging to correctly identify subjects with previously unknown clinically significant prostate cancer. Hypo-fractionated Proton Radiation Therapy With or Without Androgen Suppression for Intermediate Risk Prostate Cancer Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to compare the effects, good and/or bad of two treatment methods on subjects and their cancer. Proton beam radiation therapy is one of the treatments for men with prostate cancer who have localized disease. The benefit of the combination with androgen suppression is not completely understood. This study will compare the use of hypofraction proton therapy (28 treatments) alone to proton therapy with androgen suppression therapy.
