Chemotherapy For The Treatment Of Patients With Newly Diagnosed Very Low-Risk And Low Risk Fusion Negative Rhabdomyosarcoma Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to maintain excellent outcomes in patients with very low risk rhabdomyosarcoma (VLR-RMS) while decreasing the burden of therapy using treatment with 24 weeks of vincristine and dactinomycin (VA) and examines the use of centralized molecular risk stratification in the treatment of rhabdomyosarcoma.Additionally, to find out how well patients with low risk rhabdomyosarcoma (LR-RMS) respond to standard chemotherapy when patients with VLR-RMS and patients who have rhabdomyosarcoma with DNA mutations get separate treatment. Finally, this study examines the effect of therapy intensification in patients who have RMS cancer with DNA mutations to see if their outcomes can be improved. A Study To Evaluate Regulation Of The Metabolism Of T-Cells By The Tumor Microenvironment In Ovarian Cancer Metastasis Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the immune cell repertoire changes during early and late metastasis which could shed light into how the tumor microenvironment in metastatic disease becomes tumor permissive. Expanded Access Study For The Treatment Of Patients With Commercially Out-of-Specification Axicabtagene Ciloleucel Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn. The goal of this study is to provide access to axicabtagene ciloleucel for patients diagnosed with a disease approved for treatment with axicabtagene ciloleucel, that is otherwise out of specification for commercial release. A Study Of 177Lu-FAP-2286 In Advanced Solid Tumors Jacksonville, Fla., Rochester, Minn. Fibroblast activation protein (FAP) is a cell surface protein that is highly expressed on the surface of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) present in the tumor microenvironment of most epithelial cancers, whereas limited expression of FAP is observed in normal tissues. In some cancers of mesenchymal origin, notably sarcoma and mesothelioma, FAP expression has also been observed on the tumor cells themselves. Given the restricted expression profile, FAP is a promising target for peptide-targeted radionuclide imaging and therapeutic agents.Phase 1 of this study is designed to evaluate the safety and establish the recommended intravenous (IV) Phase 2 dose (RP2D) for \[177Lu\]Lu FAP 2286 monotherapy in participants with FAP expressing solid tumors.Phase 2 is designed to evaluate the safety and efficacy of \[177Lu\]Lu FAP 2286 as monotherapy in participants with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and breast cancer (BC) and in combination with chemotherapy in participants with untreated PDAC or relapsed NSCLC.Participants in both Phase 1 and 2 will be selected for treatment with \[177Lu\]Lu FAP 2286 based on \[68Ga\]Ga FAP 2286 imaging for determining tumor FAP expression. Leveraging Methylated DNA Markers (MDMs) In The Detection Of Endometrial Cancer And Cervical Cancer: A Phase II Clinical Study La Crosse, Wis., Rochester, Minn., Eau Claire, Wis., Jacksonville, Fla., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The purpose of this study is to develop a pan-gynecologic cancer detection test using gynecologic (unique endometrial, cervical, and ovarian cancer) cancer-specific methylated DNA markers and high-risk human papilloma virus (HR-HPV) detected in vaginal fluid and/or plasma. A Study of Women undergoing Mammogram Screening at Mountain Park Clinic Rochester, Minn., Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz. The goal of this research is to identify risk profiles of women (with particular emphasis on Hispanic women) for breast cancer based on family history, breast density and other factors known to impact risk such as age, weight, age at menarche, age at birth of first child, etc. Human Blood and Tissues Repository for Neuroscience Research Jacksonville, Fla. The purpose of this study is to collect adult human blood, cerebrospinal fluid, brain, and spine tissues/fluids at time of surgery in order to conduct future studies of the cellular mechanisms of tissue invasion utilized by brain and spine tumors of the central nervous system (CNS). Testing The Use Of Chemotherapy After Surgery For High-Risk Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors Scottsdale/Phoenix, Ariz., Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery in treating patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. Chemotherapy drugs, such as capecitabine and temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving capecitabine and temozolomide after surgery could prevent or delay the return of cancer in patients with high-risk well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors. MC1733, Phase I Trial Of Intratumoral Administration Of A Measles Virus Derivative Expressing The Helicobacter Pylori Neutrophil-activating Protein (NAP) (MV-s-NAP) In Patients With Metastatic Breast Cancer Rochester, Minn. To determine the maximally tolerated dose (MTD) of intratumoral administration of an Edmonston strain measeles virus genetically engineered to express NAP (MV-s-NAP) in patients with metastatic breast cancer; to determine the safety and toxicity of on-time and serial administration of MV-s-NAP in patients with metastic breast cancer. Study Of Carboplatin And Mirvetuximab Soravtansine In First-Line Treatment Of Patients Receiving Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy With Advanced-Stage Ovarian, Fallopian Tube Or Primary Peritoneal Cancer Rochester, Minn. The proposed study design is a single arm Phase II trial to document the feasibility of carboplatin-mirvetuximab - in patients with advanced-stage EOC. Patients with biopsy confirmed, newly diagnosed, advanced-stage serous EOC deemed appropriate for NACT will have their tumors evaluated for FRα receptor over-expression via a centralized immunohistochemical assay (IHC) and identified as appropriate for study participation if IHC staining is PS2+ in \>75% of cells (40% of all serous patients). Eligible patients will receive NACT with one cycle of carboplatin, followed by mirvetuximab + carboplatin (if FRα +) every 21 days for three cycles prior to interval cytoreductive surgery (iCRS). A total of 70 will be included in the study. Following completion of 4 cycles total of NACT and after allowing for appropriate recovery of cycle # 4, patients eligible for surgery, will undergo an iCRS. Patients will then complete 3 more cycles of mirvetuximab + carboplatin for a total of 7 intended cycles of treatment. It is up to the treating physician if they want to add bevacizumab to the last 2 cycles or use any type of maintenance therapy. The decision to add bevacizumab or use maintenance therapy does not need to be made upfront. Patients will sign a screening consent form prior to tissue biopsy. If a patient is found to be FRα negative, their treating physician can select the treatment they deem appropriate and the patient will be declared a screen failure. Patients with BRCA mutations are not excluded from this trial and are allowed to receive standard of care maintenance therapy including bevacizumab and/or PARP inhibitors.
