Research
Mayo Clinic is an international leader in Hodgkin's lymphoma research. The Hematologic Malignancies Program conducts research related to Hodgkin's lymphoma and other blood and bone marrow cancers.
Cancer research is conducted in coordination with the Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center. The Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center receives funding from the National Cancer Institute and is designated as a comprehensive cancer center — recognition for an institution's scientific excellence and multidisciplinary resources focused on cancer prevention, diagnosis and treatment.
Mayo Clinic Comprehensive Cancer Center is one of a handful of U.S. facilities that received a National Cancer Institute Specialized Program of Research Excellence (SPORE) grant for lymphoma research.
