Vaccination is the best defense against getting the flu. Following is information about flu vaccinations at Mayo Clinic.
Flu vaccinations 2025-2026
Arizona
Beginning Sept. 15, 2025, Mayo Clinic patients may schedule an appointment for a seasonal flu vaccine at some locations at Mayo Clinic in Arizona.
To get a flu vaccine, you can:
- Schedule directly through the patient portal.
- Request an appointment from your care team.
- Go to the walk-in clinic on the Scottsdale campus: Mayo Clinic Building, 13400 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85259

Seasonal flu vaccines are available at Mayo Clinic in Florida starting Sept. 30, 2025. To check for availability, call the Flu Vaccine Information Hotline at 904-953-0301. This hotline is updated as the vaccine supply status changes.

Primary care patients. Primary care patients of the Department of Family Medicine, Division of Regional Medicine and Division of Community Internal Medicine may receive the flu vaccine at their regularly scheduled visits.
The Gate Parkway, Beaches and St. Augustine locations offer flu vaccine appointments. To make a flu vaccine appointment at these locations, patients may call the specific location or schedule through the patient portal starting Sept. 30, 2025.
All primary care patients age 6 months and older may receive flu vaccines at the vaccine clinic, which is located on the first floor of the Cannaday Building. Appointments are requested. Mayo Clinic patients may call 904-956-8700 or request an appointment for these locations through the patient portal starting Sept. 30, 2025. Children ages 6 months to 9 years can receive a flu shot in the Department of Family Medicine.
- All other Mayo Clinic patients. Flu vaccines will be available at the Jacksonville campus of Mayo Clinic on the first floor of the Cannaday Building. Appointments are requested. Mayo Clinic patients may call 904-956-8700 or request an appointment for these locations through the patient portal starting Sept. 30, 2025.

Mayo Clinic patients who are 6 months and older may receive a flu vaccine by scheduling an appointment or asking for a flu vaccine at an existing appointment.
Schedule a flu vaccine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota
Beginning Sept. 10, 2025, Mayo Clinic patients may schedule an appointment for a flu vaccine. To do so, you can:
- Use the patient portal.
- Call the appointment phone line for your primary care clinic or specialty care clinic.
- Call your healthcare professionals.
Beginning Sept. 10, 2025, you can get flu vaccines by appointment at:
Mayo Clinic Primary Care Vaccine Clinic
- 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Central time, Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
- 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time, Tuesday, Thursday.
- 8 a.m. to noon Central time, Saturday, Oct. 11, 18 and 25.
- 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Central time, Saturday, Nov. 15 (sensory-friendly).
Pediatric Influenza Vaccine Clinic
- 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday.
Mayo Family Clinic Kasson — Vaccine Clinic
- 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday.
Ask for a flu vaccine during an existing appointment
Patients may request a flu vaccine during an existing appointment at primary care locations. This includes Mayo Family Clinic Northwest, Northeast and Southeast. It also includes Express Care locations and primary care clinics in the Baldwin Building.
Flu vaccines won't be available at lab and radiology appointments.
Parents or caregivers can request a flu vaccine from the Pediatric Influenza Vaccine Clinic for their child during a regularly scheduled appointment. That vaccine clinic is available for patients under age 18 years to receive a flu shot or nasal spray along with painless interventions. Family members, other individuals or other patients under age 18 who come with the child also can receive the flu vaccine.
Family members or caregivers of a child admitted to a Mayo Clinic hospital also may receive the flu vaccine.
Go to the walk-in clinic
Adult patients who are not Mayo Clinic employees and do not have primary care through Mayo Clinic may receive a flu shot at the walk-in clinic:
Oct. 13, 2025 through Nov. 14, 2025
- 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central time, Monday through Thursday.
- 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Central time, Friday.
After Dec. 19, 2025, patients will need to schedule a flu vaccine through their healthcare professionals.
