Knee and forearm plank
A top move for building your core that's all about form.
- Lie on the floor facing the mat, knees bent and forearms flat.
- Rest your weight on your knees and forearms.
- Your elbows should be directly under your shoulders.
- Engage your core, keep a neutral spine and hold the position.
- Hold for 30 to 60 seconds.
- Repeat 2 to 3 times.
