Real-life moves like this one call on multiple muscles to strengthen and stabilize.
- Anchor your resistance band overhead and kneel on your right knee with the band on your left.
- Grasp both ends of the band near your left shoulder.
- Pull the band across your body from your left shoulder down to your right hip.
- Release the band back to the high position.
- Keep your core engaged as you pull the band down then release up.
- Repeat 12 chops on each side for up to 3 sets.
