M. Molly McMahon, M.D., is a Professor of Medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and a consultant in the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Metabolism, and Nutrition at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She completed her fellowship in Endocrinology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, and special training in hospital nutrition at the New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston, MA, as a Mayo Foundation Scholar. Dr. McMahon has a special interest and expertise in the management of hospitalized patients receiving parenteral and enteral nutrition. She is President of the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition Rhoads Research Foundation and Past President of the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. She is a co-founder and co-director of the Mayo Clinic CME Nutrition course. She is a former president of the Mayo Clinic physician and scientist staff.
