Ingredients

  1. 1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
  2. 1 teaspoon grated lemon or lime zest
  3. 1/2 cup unsalted chicken broth
  4. 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  5. 1 tablespoon sugar
  6. 2 teaspoons cornstarch

Directions

In a microwavable bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Whisk to mix evenly. Microwave on high until clear and thickened, about 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
