Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup chopped roasted red bell pepper
  2. 1 cup chopped pineapple
  3. 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  4. 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  5. 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno pepper
  6. 2 teaspoons honey
  7. 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until served.
