My name is Bradley Leibovich. I am a Professor of Urology and Chair of the Department of Urology. The thing that appealed to me about urology and specifically about treating urological cancers is that we are able to cure the majority of patients that we treat. The thing I enjoy more than anything in my job is working with patients, talking to patients, educating them about the conditions that I take care of.

Understand the goals of the patient in terms of how they want their malignancy treated, what they're hoping to get out of it in terms of cure and how they want to be cured. I have dedicated myself to a very narrow field. And the goal in doing that was to assure that I could be the best at something. So my goal was to make sure that I had focused myself to the extent that I could deal with the most difficult problems.
