Heart Failure

Heart Failure is a free 45-minute class. After completing this class, you should be able to:

• Describe a basic understanding of heart failure.
• Describe signs and symptoms of heart failure.
• Identify actions to take to manage heart failure symptoms.

This class includes instruction, discussion and an opportunity to ask questions. You'll receive a packet containing a summary of class content and related materials for future reference.
