干式性高潮是指达到性高潮但阴茎不射精，或者仅射出极少量精液。精液是携带精子的白色黏稠液体。性高潮时精液从阴茎射出，此过程称为射精。
干式性高潮通常无害。但若打算生育，它可能降低您让伴侣怀孕的几率。
许多有干式性高潮的人表示，久而久之，他们会逐渐适应干式性高潮的感觉。干式性高潮也能带来典型性高潮的愉悦感。有些人觉得干式性高潮的感觉比典型高潮弱。也有些人觉得感觉更强。
