When to seek medical advice

Get prompt medical care if you have nasal congestion accompanied by:

A high or persistent fever
Greenish or bloody nasal discharge
Chills or sweating
Difficulty breathing
Nausea or vomiting
Unusual sleepiness
Severe headache
Ear pain
